    Under normal circumstances, we do not use a sales script. Where antipathy is expressed to the principle of telesales people, it is invariably due to the dislike of scripted sales presentation. Scripts are often a substitute for proper training, briefing and recruitment practice - for example some companies use resting actors.

    Quattro employ only sales people. We spend time, money and energy on training which is on going and comprehensive.  Our teamdo not use scripts, each presentation is different because it is reactive, not stereotyped.

    The exception to our rules apply  in very specific circumstances for example, where we are responding to inbound queries as result of a clients recall a product due to a manufacturing fault, or for an instance of "Consumer Terrorism"

    Or less dramatically where the Product being offered is subject to control by a regulatory body, for example during a take over.  In each of these instances it is essential that any statements or comments are exactly as agreed with the client and script is then utilized.
