Most projects have peaks and troughs, why should you pay contractor rates for months at a time when you are actually waiting for external deliverables to be met, or hardware delivered. Quattro can provide resource for the important meetings, the main implementation activities, the key support times, all at a daily rate with commitment from you of a number of days over an entire period, rather than the cost of being on site all the time.
Another cost saving Quattro can offer is to reduce the need for a full time employee when the skills are only sporadically required. For example you have an IT person that keeps the day to day tasks running nicely but you need help when larger projects crop up , or enhanced skills / experience are required , maybe for interface work or operating system upgrades. Quattro offer Support contracts (iSist) that enable you to buy a number of days/hours in advance, to be used as and when you require for any service we provide.

Depending on the scope of your requirements we will perform an initial visit to document the things unique to your business, but more importantly say "Hi" to your staff so they know who we are. This should help make them feel comfortable when they call us, no matter what the problem is, small or large.
